Senior Embedded Software Engineer – Birmingham - £50-60K

A client of nGenium is looking for a talented Senior embedded software engineer to join their growing business.

This successful embedded software engineer will lead not only on product design, its testing and compliance to UK & International standards, but will also manage a team of Software engineers.

You will be pivotal in software design and control systems engineering.


Responsibilities include :
Designing the software system architecture, validating the design,
Development and execution of test plans through to product type approval.
Proficient in C programming,
Familiar with hardware design and embedded software code develop.
Strong communication and project management skills.
MATLAB / Simulink simulation / modelling experience#

The ideal firmware engineer will have an Impressive track record and skills / experience from working in or with system product supplier bringing new innovations to market.

Experience of working in a SME would be desirable, highly collaborative, able to support the development of technology product market roadmaps, familiar and a keen interest in areas of low carbon energy technology
