The Opportunity

In house Real Estate Lawyer, BristolThe company has a new opportunity for a real estate lawyer to join its new Bristol city office.

In this role, you will have responsibility for managing your own portfolio, including landlord and tenant, estate management and development work.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include providing strategic and commercial advice to the business with a focus on supporting the asset managers.

Working closely with the business, you will be proactive in identifying potential risk for the business and offering solutions.
About YouA strong commercial real estate background is essential. Excellent drafting and negotiating skills are also essential with asset management experience being key. Any additional residential, planning or litigation skills would also be welcome.

The role will suit an individual with strong commercial acumen who wants to work closely with the business and who is interested in a wide-ranging role; This is an excellent opportunity for a real estate lawyer to join a market leader in a sought-after in-house position with responsibility from day one.
