    The role is to join a social mission led scale-up in their Apprentice Support team Specifically, you willThis is a unique opportunity to define and execute the strategy that ensures the support offer for our most vulnerable apprentices is world class.

    Ranging from people development to budget management, strategic planning and operational execution - you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of support in the business.


    In this role you will:
    Develop an industry-leading ALN policy alongside the Compliance team.
    Build a system for identifying and supporting apprentices with ALN, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
    Design and own our training offer to be inclusive and meet the needs of all learners.
    Partner to define and deliver coach training programs focused on ALN support.
    Oversee a team of caseworkers, ensuring high-quality support for apprentices.

    Analyse trends in support needs and develop solutions (e.g., learning materials, tech platforms).About you6+ years of experience in inclusion and equitable access.

    Proven experience supporting learners with ALN (especially in a 16+ setting - preferred).Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing a budget to ensure efficiencyA passion for building and developing high-performing teams - in this role you will have one direct report.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and continuous improvement.
    Effective communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    Ability to navigate a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
