    Intro

We are looking for a Film Producer to own the Ffern film pipeline. You should have a track record of producing short films, ads and/or social media campaigns from creative development to final delivery, all to a consistently high level of craft. Our ideal person will feel comfortable in a leading production role, enjoy working collaboratively with multiple teams and relish solving problems independently. You'll have a great network of trusted crew and creatives, and a passion for creating beautiful films.

Ffern films are a huge part of our brand identity, and always have been - our short films aim to be beautiful, original artworks that deepen our customers' experience of our fragrances.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Produce Ffern Film Shoots: Plan and produce Ffern film shoots - potentially 20+ per year, on various scales.
    2. Maintain Film Content Pipeline: Own and maintain the film content pipeline, ensuring that we always have new content in the works.
    3. Simple Editing: Add text variants etc. in-house for simple edits.

    Must Haves

    1. 4+ Years Producing Experience: You must be an experienced film producer, with 4+ years experience working in film, TV or advertising.
    2. Thorough Technical Knowledge: You should know your Alexa's from your A7's, and have a deep technical knowledge of filmmaking. You'll understand what kit, crew and set requirements each shoot is likely to have.
    3. Exceptional organisational skills: You'll need to stay organised across multiple shoots, balancing competing priorities and creating and maintaining attainable schedules for yourself and your crews.
    4. Editing Skill: You should be comfortable making simple edits with Adobe / Apple software (e.g. adding simple text to ads), and comfortable managing external editors / graders where necessary.

    What We Offer

    1. Competitive salary: Experience dependent.
    2. Healthcare: Private healthcare offered as standard.
    3. Holidays: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, growing by 1 day per year spent with us.
    4. Remote work: All full-time London studio roles are three days a week in the studio, with two days flexible (team lunch at a top Hackney eatery included if you come in on the flexible days).
    5. Ffern membership: All of our team are members of the Ffern ledger.
    6. Team dynamic: Fun, laid back and sociable team with regular team meals, breakfasts, drinks and outings.
    7. Beautiful work environment: We work from a pair of light filled studio spaces in Columbia road with state of the art kit, MacBooks as standard, and breakout spaces.
