Pre-Construction Manager Vacancy

Reporting into the Director, this role will primarily tasked to lead on tender bids on the South West Water Framework, taking responsibility for the projects from inception to contract award.

Typically, projects will consist of waste water schemes, up and around the £5m - £10m mark.

Liaise with the Estimating Team to ensure timeframes are achieved for the technical and commercial elements of bids.
Work within a small pre-construction team
Liaise with design managers or lead the pre-construction design process depending on the project size and complexity.
Liaising with other teams - Managing Estimator & Estimating team, Construction delivery teams, Design Managers, Planning Manager.
As well as at least 5 years in a Pre-Construction or Bid role, it would be great if you also had the following:

Experience working for a Major Contractor and / or Framework experience
BSc Hons in construction related subject (Desirable)
