• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and processes to drive efficiency and productivity.

Oversee day-day Operational functions of the company.
Establish compliance operational strategies.
Develop organisational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction of the business.


The ideal candidate will have:
-6+ years of Operational Management experience, providing specialist advice in the Insurance MarketIn depth knowledge of the Lloyd's MarketExcellent leadership, project management and organisational skillsIn depth knowledge of all the main classes of GI and the CII's Code of Ethics and GDPR
