Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced customer service advisor to join a growing inbound team.

Ideally coming from an insurance or financial service background, you will be confident liaising with customers with a variety of enquiries, complaints and claims.

You will be handling a high level calls on a daily basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone perhaps looking for their next step as you will be required to cover for the team manager for absences.

A good level of administration experience is also required; you will be maintaining customer records on a daily basis and will need to ensure speed and accuracy at all times.
