Reed Education are working with a leading secondary school in the Kingston Borough who are looking for a Geography Teacher to join their team in January.

You will be a part of a well-established and integral part of the school team with the aim to supportand enable students to achieve their full potential.

You will:

Have experience teaching the Geography National Curriculum and will be able to support in other Humanities areas.
Have a thorough knowledge of a range of learning strategies
Assess and plan for the indicvidual needs of the students in your classes

- have an outstanding track record for attainment and be able to include excellent GCSE/Alevel results in your list of achievements.

Mandatory:

Hold QTS and a good honours degree, other SEND qualifications are a bonus
Experience teaching in secondary schools and support students with individal needs
Good ICT skills
Good communication skills, oral and written
Able to work flexibly to fulfil the requirements of the post; prioritise; work calmly under pressure and respond positively to changing demands.
