Our client a leading, reputable, and well-regarded Financial Services Membership Body is currently recruiting for a Training Content Manager.

If you have developing training content experience for workshops working within the financial services sector Banking, Private Equity, Lending, Payments, Venture Capitalist, Investment Firms, Fintech etc. or within the membership sector, Trade Association,Professional Body, Membership Body we would love to hear from you.

The Role of Training Content Manager

Working closely with the rest of the Commercial Delivery team, the Manager, Events and Training Content will be responsible for driving a series of programmes across our events and training portfolio.

An experienced training content producer, with an analyticalmind, attention to detail and a genuine interest in financial services, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-moving team and make an impact.

Person Specification
Event and Training marketing and copy-writing experience would be advantageous.

Knowledge of Invoice Financing and Asset Based Lending or Financial Services industry would be advantageous

Experience of producing content for both small
- and large-scale events and training workshops, including online and in person

Strong skills of persuasion.

Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions

Experienced in, and confident of, working across several events, sometimes in close succession.

Understanding of branding sensitivity; experience of working successfully with multiple sponsors while maintaining brand integrity.

Works independently; receives mínimal guidance.

Willingness to work flexibly, and outside of normal office hours, as part of a team working on early morning or late evening events.
