Description

Our client is a rapidly expanding, family-run company in Leighton Buzzard and they're looking for a proactive, outgoing and friendly Internal Account Manager to join their team.

This is an opportunity to work for a positive, vibrant organisation whereyou'll be encouraged to bounce ideas around and implement positive change.

Our client specialises in the manufacturing of bespoke wet room floor solutions and they've built up a strong reputation in the last 20 years for being trustworthy, friendly, experienced and the go-to company in the industry, often designing and providing uniquecustom solutions.

As Internal Account Manager, you'll be working with customers from the retail sector, to determine their product needs and provide advice and assistance on our client's products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking, and processing orders, liaising with the factory staff and building relationships with existing customers
  • Responding to requests for information
  • Providing quotations and advice on products to retail showrooms and merchants
  • Securing and processing orders
  • Completing Technical drawings via CAD (Full training provided)
  • Looking for opportunities to upsell and ensure the customer is fully aware of all products/services
Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of sales/customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills and strong literacy skills
  • Confidence and a willingness to learn
  • Selfmotivated attitude with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent telephone manners and customer service skills
Hours
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00, with a one-hour lunch break.
