- Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.
- Conducting inspections and tests on electrical systems to identify potential issues and hazards.
- Assisting with the maintenance of mechanical and plumbing systems when necessary, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to facility management.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and adherence to service level agreements.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, preferably within a Facilities Management environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including three-phase systems.
- Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field (e.g., City & Guilds 2365, NVQ Level 3).
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A proactive approach to maintenance, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.
