Customer Onboarding Manager - Oil & Gas Enterprise Software Solutions
Aberdeen (Hybrid)

We are a leading provider of bespoke enterprise software solutions, specialising in duty of care and operational safety within the oil and gas industry.

The Functional Consultant will play a pivotal role in implementing complex software products tailored to the unique needs of our clients in the oil and gas industry.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the oil and gas sector, along with a proven track record in software implementation and project management.

Engage with clients to gather and analyse requirements, understanding the critical nuances of duty of care and operational safety within the oil and gas industry.

Design and implement bespoke solutions that leverage our software's complex functionalities to meet client needs.
Configure and customise our software systems to align with clients' operational processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.

Work closely with project management and development teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, adhering to budget and scope constraints.

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on best practices for system implementation and adoption.
Conduct training sessions for clients, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively use the software.
Continuously monitor and review system performance, recommending improvements or upgrades to enhance functionality and user experience.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with a strong understanding of the oil and gas industry's operational and safety requirements.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on software implementation in complex, regulated environments.

Demonstrated ability to design and implement customised software solutions, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs and support system implementations.
