    Shift Times: 8:00-8:00

    Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) role:
    You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN)

    Active PIN or awaiting your NMC PIN

    Clear DBS.

    The service has undergone a major refurbishment and is now welcoming people living with dementia who need residential care.

    The home is split into smaller households so there is plenty of space for Residents to pursue their hobbies and interests.


    The pretty landscaped sensory garden and patio is the perfect spot to spend time with friends and family, and is happily looked after by some of the home's Residents.

    The role of a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) within the Nursing Home involves:

    Ensuring the care, welfare and safety of all residents is maintained at the highest possible standard.

    Completing physical/psychological assessments of new residents on admission.

    Creating individualised care plans for residents.

    Updating care plans daily.

    Safely administering and recording of medication.

    Liaising effectively with external suppliers and health care providers.

    Monitoring and developing performance of care staff.

    Ensuring effective rotas are in place.


    Use a person-centred approach to ensure every individuals needs are understood and met with the greatest privacy, dignity, and respect.
