The Geography Teacher Role:

To be eligible for this Geography Teacher role, you must be a QTS or QTLS Geography Teacher with extensive experience working with challenging behaviour, SEMH needs, and SEN.

You must have a positive personality and be capable at building a strong rapport withyour students. Your classroom management skills must be excellent, and you must be a firm, resilient Geography Teacher.

The School:


This school caters for KS3 and KS4 pupils in Solihull with SEMH needs, challenging behaviour and SEN that cannot be met by their mainstream setting.

It is rated as 'Good' by Ofsted and has outstanding leadership, offering exemplary support to both pupils andstaff.
