Team Leader required based in Park Farm Wellingborough, Permanent Position, a range of benefits including 31 days holiday, Christmas shut down, death in service benefit and healthcare scheme to name a few.


An exciting opportunity has come available for a hands-on Team Leader / Supervisor to lead an internal exhibition stand build team, Within this role you will be responsible for a team of 9 exhibition assemblers on a full time, permanent basis.


The team build each exhibition stand in custom built facilities before the exhibition stand is shipped for final installation across the UK and further afield.

Preparatory work includes building the stand, integrating tech and other features, and preparing the stand for shipping.

The role will be primarily based in Wellingborough but may require occasional travel throughout the UK and abroad in line with the needs of the business to complete on site builds.

The role will include the following

To lead and take ownership of your team with day to day management within the department and on-site builds
Being hands-on whilst being responsible for the overall department activities.
Ensure Health and Safety of the team and department to cover PPE and operational procedures
Work with & understand technical drawings.
To be considered for this role, you will be required to demonstrate and give examples of your previous experience as part of the interview process and show knowledge and experience in the following areas

The ability to lead develop and co-ordinate a team of skilled individuals
Have previous experience of working as a Team Leader / Supervisor in one of the following Sectors

Building or Construction
Park Homes manufacturing / construction
Window Manufacturing
Exhibition or sound stage building
Large scale joinery / carpentry projects

Be able to interpret and read technical drawings and diagrams
Be flexible and able to deliver a high end product whilst working to time frames.
