SALES CONSULTANT - PART TIME

An exciting opportunity to join a top new homes organisation, with a customer and people first approach, across their developments between Exeter and Bristol on a part-time permanent basis.

Role Purpose

You will provide an outstanding customer experience to customers looking to purchase a brand new home, assisting them with their home purchase from reservation through to completion and beyond.

The Role

You will be responsible for sales activities on new homes developments between Exeter and Bristol, reporting to the Sales Manager.

You will effectively respond to customers, book and complete viewing appointments, and assist customers in selecting their brand new home that meets their requirements.

You will be the main point of contact for your customers throughout their home buying journey.

Your Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

You will be an experienced Sales Advisor/Negotiator/Consultant within the new homes/property industry
You'll ideally have experience selling both open market and shared ownership homes
Understand the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion and beyond
Used to working to, and achieving targets set
Have in depth new homes knowledge
Experience using CRM systems to record information
With travel between Exeter and Bristol a full UK driving licence is required

Your Personal Qualities:

Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience
Professional, personable approach
Highly organised, excellent attention to detail
Passion for new homes and the housebuilding industry
Good IT skills
Strong team player, with the ability to also work autonomously

Salary:
£28,000 (£17,000 pro rata 3 days per week) basic, plus competitive benefits

Location:
Various developments, between Exeter and Bristol

Contract:
Part time, 3 days per week (days to be agreed), permanent position.

As required, please be advised there will be occasional weekend and flexible working hours to 7pm to fully support your customers requirements.
