    You'll be an integral part of the agency, working with the client and internal teams to manage the delivery of projects, using agreed workflows and processes, whilst meeting business objectives, goals and targets.

    We are looking for someone with strong account and project management skills who is looking to develop the right ideas for their client.

    ABOUT YOUYou'll have 3-plus years of experience in an agency backgroundYou'll be a strong strategic thinker, highly efficient, results driven, and solutions orientatedYou'll be capable of handling multiple accounts, building strong and lasting relationshipsYou'll be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentYou'll be organised, detail oriented and delivery focusedYou'll have experience in taking projects from brief through to deliveryYou'll be confident and successful in presenting and communicating ideas to clientsYou'll have a track record of working with big name corporate brands within the financial services, law, commercial property, or insurance sectorsYou'll be revenue focused and results drivenYou'll be a team player with excellent communication skillsKEY RESPONSIBILITIESBuilding successful and lasting relationships with core clientsBriefing in designers and working with the resource team to ensure bookings are scheduled with the correct skillsets.

    Understand the importance of brands and working within brand guidelinesRun account meetings and take responsibility for service levels and feedbackSpotting new business opportunities and providing support on client pitchesDriving forward client strategy within the agency, assisting with revenue growth

    • Managing project resource with in-house studio managerPreparing client facing documents and presentations, including monthly management information for core clientsCreating and managing project timelines and budgets from brief through to deliveryDriving and developing the Quality Review processEnsuring efficient monthly client billingEntertaining clients and teams
