    Job SummaryWe are looking for Trustee Services Manager to oversee and deal with all aspects of the will writing and power of attorney services.

    Oversight of and dealing with all matters in connection with estate administration (executorships). Assisting with the training and development of junior members of the Team. Providing technical help and support to other areas of the business.

    Will Writing ServiceWriting Wills and other documents based on instructions received from clientsDiscussing instructions and queries from clients and their advisors in correspondence and at meetings.

    Ensuring adherence to the STEP Will Writing CodeLasting Powers of AttorneyTo register/handle and supervise the appointment of our Trustees Limited as Attorney under an Enduring Power of Attorney ("EPA") and all matters arising and resulting there from.

    Assisting with reviews of existing LPAsExecutorshipsTo handle executorships cases at all stages from the first notification of death to the completion of administration.

    TrustsTo assist as required with the administration of Trusts on an ongoing basis and to deal with the distribution of a Trust following the death of the lifetime beneficiary.

    Management/OversightCarrying our regular one-to-one meetings and annual appraisals for all members of the wills/LPAs and estates team (including administration staff)

    Candidate ProfileWill have at least 5 years experience of dealing with wills, LPAS and estatesWill have a full UK driving licence (and be willing to travel to visit clients in their homes or to visit estate properties)Will be a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP)Contractual Hours9.00am to 5.

    30pm, Monday to Friday
