    We are seeking a dynamic Systems Engineer to join our team in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen along with exceptional communication skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders. As a pivotal member of our team, you will serve as a technical lead, driving the successful implementation of systems solutions for our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define and analyze system engineering requirements
    • Serve as System Design Authority (SDA) with relevant experience
    • Engage and manage technical stakeholders effectively
    • Elicit and analyze requirements from various stakeholders
    • Specify technical solutions in alignment with client needs
    • Identify, mitigate, and manage engineering risks
    • Ensure design and delivery assurance
    • Conduct systems analysis and operational analysis (Desirable)

    Essential Skills and Experience:

    • Proven experience and expertise in system engineering within complex systems throughout their lifecycle
    • Proficiency in developing system models to support various lifecycle phases and technology readiness levels
    • Capability to lead requirements capture exercises across multiple stakeholder levels
    • Adaptability in switching focus between different business challenges and emerging technologies
    • Ability to interpret and translate business or technical requirements into defined system models
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a knack for influencing stakeholders
    • Experience within one or more industry domains such as Aerospace, Medical, Law Enforcement, Central Government, and Energy

    Desirable Skills and Experience:

    • Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods and techniques
    • Experience in highly regulated industries like Aerospace or Medical
    • Capability to support investment decision-making processes within broader investment portfolios
    • Proficiency in requirements engineering, analysis, and management, including tools like DOORS
    • Knowledge of Systems Engineering lifecycle phases and integration, test, and acceptance planning

    Security Information:

    Candidates must possess current SC Clearance or be willing and eligible to obtain it. British Citizenship and residency in the UK for the last 5 years are required for SC clearance eligibility.
