    Description

    Supply Chain Assistant Manager - Permanent - Guildford - £30-£37,000

    We are looking for an individual to join a Global Manufacturer to add value to their Supply Chain Department.

    You will be responsible for coordinating the order and distribution of products and ensure the finance and supply systems ( SAP ) are fully updated to ensure full compliance. As part of the role you will act as the conduit between the business and customers along with working closely with the Service Department to ensure parts are ordered in a timely fashion.

    Key skills needed:-

    • Previous experience of working in a Supply Chain or Procurement Department
    • Excellent multi-tasking
    • Order & Distribution experience
    • Order Processing
    • Processing invoicing
    • Mentoring
    • Strong Excel knowledge
    • Strong knowledge of working with MS Office (Word/Excel) and SAP (advantageous)
    • Be able to work on you own initiative

    The role is fully office based in Guildford as my client like staff to work closely together
