    Scope and Purpose


    •Responsible for supporting the Administration team with fulfilling all aspects of Accounts and Accounts Payable and Receivable.
    •Negotiation and monitoring of Outsourcing contracts
    •Liaising with suppliers, arranging orders and resolving all arising issues.
    •Budgeting and monitoring expenses.
    •Preparation and analysis of the Administration expenses, reports and monthly costs.
    •Booking items over Fixed Assets Register.
    •Monitoring of the archived storage.

    Required Experience


    •An accounts payable/receivable background.
    •5 years previous work experience

    Competencies Required


    •Able to deliver high work standards, proactive and committed in all aspects of the role.
    •Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills
    •Strong communication and organizational skills.
    •Able to work extra hours during busy periods.
    •Prepared to take responsibility and assist colleagues across the teams.
    •Knowledge of the Italian language would be useful.

    Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge


    •Accounting & Finance, relevant work experience
    •Accounting qualifications preferable.
    •Financial services background highly desirable.
    •Proficiency in MS Office: Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point essential.
