    Description

    The holder of this role will deliver comprehensive support to the Site FD (supported by the Factory Accountant and Assistant Accountant) assisting them to further grow and develop the Hull site through design and maintenance of a robust financial control environment and timely reporting and analysis of operational reporting including departmental yield and labour reporting.

    Involvement in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of all related reporting cycles will be a key priority to deliver the objectives.

    Support site finance director in weekly and monthly group reporting requirements, incl. Support the finance team with production and interrogation of departmental management information (daily/weekly reporting of site financial and operational KPIs, departmental yield and labour reports) in support of weekly site management and SOFINA Group management reviews
    Further development of the management reporting process to align departmental targets with site financial targets/objectives through all tiers of operations
    Continuous improvement of finance and operational reporting cycles
    Experience of business accounts / purchase ledger
    Ideally you will have an understanding of FMCG industry but this isn't essential
    Experience of successfully managing tasks/projects to completion
    Computer Literate with strong excel and analytical skills
    Effective planning and organisation skills and excellent team workings skills
