This is an exciting opportunity of a one week temporary assignment working as a Receptionist in a leading property company.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Reception desk duties including acting as the first point of contact, managing the reception inbox, key management and daily checks
- Diary and meeting management including booking rooms arranging refreshments and lunches, clearing rooms after meetings
- Using Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) to complete administrative tasks
- General administrative duties
Receptionist Essentials:
- Must have corporate work attire
- Minimum 6 months of previous reception experience
- High attention to detail
