We have an exciting opportunity for Band 4 Senior Governance Administrator to work closely with our Governance Lead in the Norfolk and Suffolk Talking Therapies (Wellbeing Services), working across Norfolk and Suffolk.


This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who relishes a challenge and is keen to demonstrate their skills and abilities in using their own initiative.

This post will be based in Norfolk, Longwater Business Park, but hybrid working can be supported.

Main Duties

  • Meeting preparation, minuting, and followup
  • Recording receipt of patient safety incidents, complaints/concerns, and other feedback, ensuring that required followup action(s) are requested, progress is monitored, and timely completion supported
  • Extracting data from a range of sources for multiple purposes and ensuring a high level of accuracy is maintained
  • Developing and maintaining secure systems and processes particularly those related to governance activity and promoting awareness of these in others
  • Supporting completion of the Governance Lead's monthly report through completion of role responsibilities
  • Advising/signposting staff (both Wellbeing and NSFT) to policies and processes and other resources
  • In exceptional circumstances, supporting the service administration teams to ensure that service/Trust requirements can be met

ROLE SUMMARY


The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Governance Lead across both Norfolk & Waveney and Suffolk Talking Therapies (Wellbeing Services), so that role functions of quality and patient safety are delivered in an effective and efficient manner but with regard for the complexity, confidentiality and at times potentially distressing nature of some of the information.
