About the Role & Company
The Customer Service Advisor will play an important role in the lifecycle of our customers.

Manufactured by us in Bolton, our motorbikes are unique, different, in a category of their own. We want our customer journey to showcase this quality.


You will be the first person new leads speak to, and will be responsible for portraying the brand & product in a way that excites leads to move through our sales funnel.


You will also play a critical role in keeping in touch with leads who aren't fully ready to buy yet, but may be ready at some point in the future.

Part of the role will also be supporting the sales team process customer orders and coordinate information pre
- & post-events.

To succeed in this role, we're looking for someone articulate, confident and great at building excitement

You don't need to know anything about Motorcycles - we'll teach you everything you need to know.

This role provides a great opportunity to move into sales and the automotive career

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Qualifying & Appointment Setting

  • Fact find and qualify new leads
  • Deliver a high level pitch
  • Handle initial objections
  • Book a time for a call back with a Senior Sales Advisor

Following up leads

  • Keep in touch with customers who were early in the buying cycle but not yet ready to purchase
  • Follow up with leads that we were unable to reach at strategic times in order to qualify them

Reactivate old leads

  • Systematically work through legacy leads to reengage potential customers into the funnel
  • And/or clean the database

Sales Admin Support

  • Support the sales team by adding sales orders to the system

Test Ride & Event Coordination

  • Ensure correct documentation is in place and correct registration process has been followed by interested customers, liaising directly to fill in any gaps
  • Engage with customers pre
- and post-event to deliver a memorable brand experience


Shifts:

Mon-Fri - hybrid working (from home/office) options are available:

Mon: 9:30-6 (office based)

Tue: 11-7 (WFH available)

Wed: 10-7 (WFH available)

Thu: 10-7 (WFH available)

Fri: 9-4 (office based)


Saturday - twice a month (for weeks where Saturdays are worked, time off can be taken during the week)/ Saturdays twice a month: 11-3 (work from home).

We would be open to a 4 day work week if that was of interest.
