Coleg Sir Gar, a leading Further Education (FE) college in West Wales, is seeking a highly accomplished and visionary individual to join our dynamic team as the Assistant Director of ETAS, Engineering, Technology, Arts (Creative Industries) and Sport. This key leadership position will be responsible for shaping the strategic and operational direction of our further education (FE), higher education (HE), and work-based learning (WBL) curriculum within the ETAS area.

As the Assistant Director, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our college by overseeing the development and delivery of an innovative and industry-relevant curriculum. You will drive standards and ensure that all learners have an inspirational learning experience, fulfilling their potential and achieving academic success.
