Monitor equipment performance, maintain, repair and troubleshoot.
Be actively involved and provide suggestions on equipment performance and/or any problems experienced on equipment.
Manage spares for such equipment in conjunction with Maintenance Supervisor and coordinator.
Practice preventative maintenance and use of specialised equipment.
Electronic recording of maintenance activities and interacting with the IT Systems, including: SAP, Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point.
Supervise and facilitate people and work where required, including day to day supervision of contractors and service providers if required.
Ideally, our client is looking for someone with previous work experience within the process/petrochemical industry who is familiar with Control of work and COMAH sites.
The successful candidate will be ONC qualified in an engineering related subject with experience of line management and working with maintenance teams.
You will be able to work in a flexible environment with staff at all levels, therefore excellent communication skills are essential.
Leak sealing, HP Jetting, Oil analysis, Vibration analysis, Laser alignment, Thermography, small bore pipe installation.
As additional training may be required, you will also be comfortable to attend internal and external training courses to help gain or maintain competencies as part of your role
