A college catering to students with Social, Emotional & Mental Health is seeking a

Behaviour Mentor to join their lovely team.

Your role would be to work alongside a strong team overlooking learning for the students while trying to push the students to do the best that they can academically and help students into future career paths/ further education.

The role will be full-time, starting immediately and paying competitively. The role also offers great progression with staff often employed in a permanent role.

Do you have the following experience?

Proven successful experience working with or caring for children or young people with mental health challenges.
Patience and positive nature to support students with challenging behaviour.
Enhanced DBS.
