We are looking for our new Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) who will hold overall responsibility for implementing and embedding our transformation strategy, developing, and maintaining effective systems, processes, and capabilities of operational excellence throughout the organisation.

This role will lead the transformation team, efficiencies programme, planning, performance, IT and Business Intelligence functions that are key to supporting and enabling our operational services to deliver outstanding care and be the lead for the ongoing developing of the Patient First Programme.
