- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases

- Must be confident in their abilities, significant relevant recruitment experience, not afraid to challenge and dedicated to improving the experience and service delivered to candidates.
- Up to £5k annual incentives pro-rata given quarterly on meeting KPIs upon successful probation period
