    Scholars School System, a project of UK CURRICULUM & ACCREDITATION BODY (UKCAB), is a modern and well-resourced educational institution located in Birmingham.

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiting Manager.

    The Human Resources Recruiting Manager will be responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

    They will also be responsible for strategic HR management, recruitment, onboarding, and training.
    Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies
    Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies
    Experience with HR software and systems
    Proven work experience as a HR Manager

    • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
    • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
    • Computer and IT literate with working knowledge of databases
    • Proactively review and evaluate current recruitment strategies, exploring recruitment channels and taking an innovative approach in a competitive recruitment market
    • Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
    • Must be confident in their abilities, significant relevant recruitment experience, not afraid to challenge and dedicated to improving the experience and service delivered to candidates.
    Holiday entitlement is 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays

    • Up to £5k annual incentives pro-rata given quarterly on meeting KPIs upon successful probation period
