    Receptionist

    Main Responsibilities:
    Manage the reception area and meeting rooms, welcome visitors and answer incoming calls.


    Key Tasks:

    • Greet clients, visitors, and members of staff in a professional, welcoming and efficient manner.
    • Answer incoming calls and transfer to relevant people.
    • Take ownership of the reception (and other social/communal areas) – including ensuring these areas are kept tidy and well stocked at all times.
    • Receive deliveries and distribute as necessary.
    • Book and maintain diaries for meeting rooms.
    • Organise and prepare lunches/refreshments for meetings and training.
    • Maintain/stock check of all supplies for kitchen and stationery.
    • General admin duties to assist office manager and other support staff.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    You will be reporting to the Office Manager and the HR Directors.

    As a receptionist, you will need to have:

    • Excellent organisational skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to enable effective and efficient communication with clients/visitors and individuals at all levels in the organisation.

    • Ability to work independently and using initiative.
