Project Manager with strong experience leading end: end regulatory change projects required on a permanent basis, by a market leading Financial Services organisation based flexibly from their Swindon HQ (~2 days / week on site).This is a hands on, delivery- focused role responsible for ensuring the business' regulatory initiatives are on track, delivered on time and within budget.

Extensive experience as a Project ManagerProven skills managing multiple, complex end: end regulatory change projectsExcellent project governance skillsStrong supplier management skillsFinancial Services exposureDynamic, high energyAbility to deliver at pace, whilst ensuring changes are fully embeddedThis is an excellent opportunity for a customer-centric, hands-on regulatory change project manager to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, within a high calibre team.

You will lead and coach teams to deliver high quality change, at pace and within budget – Working with key stakeholders and partners to deliver sustainable change.

It must be stressed that only proven Projects Managers with exposure leading regulatory change initiatives across the Financial Services will be considered for this opportunity.

This is a permanent role based flexibly from Swindon offering a salary of between £55, ,000 + bonus + strong benefits package.
