    Key Deliverables

    The following duties fall within the purview of this role:

    • The candidate will be working with team responsible for the electrical installation of a Data Centre Project.
    • Completing the necessary building surveys to present to the client.
    • Carrying out witness testing and provide associated documentation as required.
    • Providing progress reports as necessary as to project status.
    • At all times, and in all respects, comply with the proper and reasonable directions and regulations of the company.
    • Testing/Commissioning of LV/HV Switchgear.
    • Without compromising quality, health, safety or the environment' Efficiently manage projects to maximize the profits of the company.
    • Keep pace with change to identify and tackle new risk management challenges.
    • Carry out and record site risk assessments.
    • Ensure method statements understood, acknowledged and followed.
    • Ensure the safety and welfare of other people who may be affected by the works in hand.
    • Report near misses and accidents to the company Site Service Manager.
    • Inspecting construction/fit - out sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
    • Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
    • Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
    • Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
    • Analysing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
    • Recommending changes to construction/fit – out operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

    Skills & Attributes

    • The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and conscientious with a high standard of attention to detail.
    • They must be able to work accurately to deadlines in a busy and pressurised environment and demonstrate flexibility.

    Experience & Education

    • A current SSSTS Certificate
    • A current and relevant ESC Card
    • We're happy to have applicants who have just Graduated or has a couple of years experience.
