    Description

    Our direct client, a non-profit client headquarter in London, UK is looking to bring on a senior member of their People & Culture department with foundational knowledge of Workday HCM modules and implementation project experience.

    Organization requires 10 days/month on-site with exceptional benefits.

    Salary Range 60, ,600 (GBP)

    Job Description:

    The P&C systems and projects head, reporting to the Division Director, P&C systems

    will work on optimizing and enhancing the P&C system ecosystem. Identifying opportunities to improve stakeholder experience, the incumbent will lead those implementations, as required.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Developing a roadmap and introducing new technologies for the P&C department, e.g., AI, automation, etc., in collaboration with divisional director.
    • Accountable for ensuring that the data in the P&C ecosystem complies with client requirements for specific countries
    • Responsible for managing partnerships with external vendors, providing system support, and ensuring that the agreed SLAs are met
    • Collaborate with the Division Director and manage vendor contracts and agreements, ensuring they are relevant and updated regularly to ensure compliance
    • Responsible for collaborating with P&C teams to articulate requirements and conducting feasibility analysis before moving to development
    • Accountable for troubleshooting Workday issues and integrations with other systems per agreed SLAs Responsible for driving the change management and communications as appropriate in case of new P&C program or policy implementation impacting the P&C technology and systems
    • Responsible for managing the SOPs developed for business processes in collaboration with the Portfolio manager Accountable for regularly analysing Workday data integrity in collaboration with the Associate Director Workforce planning, identifying potential gaps or issues, and initiating corrective action

    • External consultants Qualifications Essential: University degree or equivalent experience

    Desirable: Professional qualification in Human Resources.

    Experience

    Requirements:

    • At least 5 years' experience successfully working on Workday implementation projects and initiatives
    • Experience building and managing an effective Workday ecosystem with a compatible plugin to enhance its effectiveness
    • Effectively work independently, with efficiency in a fast-paced environment, troubleshoot and follow initiatives through to completion, with strict deadlines and without loss of attention to detail

    Desirable:


    • Workday certifications


    • Certified implementer of other SaaS modules

    Functional Competencies:


    • Strong working knowledge of multiple P&C systems, specifically Workday core HCM, Recruitment and Talent modules


    • Strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of the use of metrics., with advanced Excel skills


    • Have excellent attention to detail


    • Ability to work and manage external vendor
