    Finance Director, Independent Creative Agency, Central London, £100-115k plus benefits

    We have an exceptional opportunity for an agency Finance Director to join a creative powerhouse. This opportunity will suit a dynamic and commercial finance leader to partner with senior management. You will lead a team of 6 and be responsible for leading and managing the finance team to efficiently run the agency finances as well as maintaining the Company's financial records to meet the requirements of the auditors and statutory bodies.

    Responsibilities:

    · Ensuring the day-to-day operational aspects of the finances run efficiently, as well as the strategic direction.

    · Reviewing annual budgets, reforecasts, rolling forecasts, statutory accounts preparation and corporation tax calculations.

    · Reviewing monthly consolidated management accounts, analysis and performance commentary to identify and communicate areas of concern and suggested improvements.

    · Presenting clear and user friendly monthly financial reports, analysis and cash flow projections for the executive team to make robust business decisions.

    · Partnering with the senior leadership team to advise on financial planning of their business area.

    · Leading process for financial data required for pitches and RFI's, as well as advising on client rate cards.

    · Delivering detailed insights into client profitability and operational effectiveness.

    · Ensuring client contractual rates, payment terms, financial obligations, rebate policies etc. are implemented and followed.

    · Overseeing the efficiency of the finance team, leveraging technology and systems to minimise manual processes.

    · Leading, managing, supporting, developing and motivating the finance team.

    Person Specifications

    · Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)

    · Driving vision and standards across all areas of the business and championing through daily interactions at all levels.

    · Proven ability to design clear process delivery and to facilitate effective change

    · Excellent technical and analytical skills

    · Excellent communication skills

    · Ability to form strong internal relationships

    · Ability to manage, mentor and develop a team
