Our well established client is a global leader in their industry They are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor with previous commercial experience who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

Please note that the salary for this role is £23,241 plus £2000 bonus

If you enjoy customer service and would like to work with a small team but be part of a large organisation that really do care about their staff, this could be the role for you


Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Processing a large volume of orders
  • You will work independently at times but also within a team to achieve personal KPI targets.
  • You will constantly utilise your excellent communication skills and prioritise your own workload.

About you:


Essential criteria:

  • Previous experience of dealing with customers in a commercial service or sales role
  • Previous experience of dealing with large volumes of customer queries via the telephone and e mail
  • The ability to work in a team as well as individually
  • Sound working knowledge of Office Applications, especially Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Sound decision making
  • Willing to travel to other offices for training purposes
  • Have a proactive approach to work and a good work ethicDesirable criteria
  • IT skills to include previous working knowledge of SAP
  • Qualification in Business, Customer Services or IT

Benefits

  • Hours of Work: 35 per week (Monday to Friday 9.00am 5pm)
