The firm is currently looking to hire an Associate to join our Private Equity, Secondaries Investment Team in our London office.

Evaluate investment opportunities by conducting due diligence, researching industries, benchmarking comparable companies, communicating with fund sponsors, and preparing financial models
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on leveraged buyout, venture capital and other private equity limited partnership interests and their underlying company investments
Support the investment team in transaction management and monitoring of existing investments
Develop a network of contacts in the private equity industry through interactions with counterparties as part of transactions, attendance of industry conferences and fund sponsor annual meetings
2-3 years' experience in investment banking, private equity or principal investing
~ Successful candidates will have a proven track record of leadership skills, and a strong record of academic achievement
~ Strong financial analysis and proven modeling, writing and presentation skills
