An exciting opportunity has arisen for a person with excellent Administration & Clerical skills to join the Radiology & Imaging department as a Band 3 Team Leader.


You will be responsible for the day to day running of the St Lukes booking office as well as the main reception area at St Lukes.

You are responsible for making sure the radiology appointments are booked correctly and within the correct time frame. Ensuring all referrals are vetted in a dedicated timescale, liaising with Consultant Radiologists as and when required. You will also be responsible for training of all new starters appointed to the booking office.

  • As well as being organised, selfmotivated and approachable individual you need to be able to prioritise and have the ability to meet tight deadline. _
  • You must have a sensitive and caring manner for dealing with patients with suspected cancer. As well as being organised, able to prioritise and have the ability to meet tight deadline._
