    Our client, based in Seaham, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join them full time, adding value to their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answering incoming calls
    • Coordinating deliveries
    • Interacting between departments
    • Supporting account management tasks as needed
    • Scheduling customer stock deliveries
    • Overseeing the entire project process, including providing detailed work instructions and communicating customer needs
    • Engaging with internal stakeholders promptly and professionally
    • Maintaining departmental standards for cleanliness and organization

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
    • Proficient in using computers
    • Familiarity with customer needs and expectations
    • Effective communication abilities
    • Capable of working well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
    • Strong time management skills
    • Devoted team player who is adaptable and committed
    • Proactive and shows initiative
