A new strategic project-led Operations Director role has been created. Our client is based across the UK and EMEA, delivering service excellence within the Medical products and supply field. There is a very competitive salary available with enhanced rewardsbased on the level of role.

Including generous bonus scheme, car allowance, private medical and enhanced pension.

With a number of long term contracts agreed and a year of growth inclusive of recent acquisitions the business is going from strength to strength and are looking to stabilisethis growth with a strategic Operational unit at the heart of what they do.


Responsibilities for the Operations Director:

  • Overseeing the Supply Chain management teams and operations
  • Line management of two senior managers
  • Ownership of strategic changes and their implications
  • Growth and Expansion management

Experience required for the Operations Director:

  • An extensive background within an Operations environment
  • Proven experience in manging projects from start to finish
  • Great manager of people both directly and across the wider business
  • Willingness to get work at all levels of seniority
