    We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Claims & Inquest Manager to join our professional team.
    You will be responsible for providing guidance on all aspects of Legal Services .

    You'll co-ordinate the management and investigation of claims and potential claims in liaison with NHS Resolution and co-ordinate and manage the preparation and representation of the Trust at Inquests.

    This role is an important one as you'll be using your knowledge, experience and expertise to provide legal support to our hard-working frontline NHS teams.

    Claims Management Diploma
    Medical terminology awareness
    Experience of working in the NHS, local authority, solicitors practice or insurance company handling claims
    Experience of defending claims against healthcare providers
    Experience of managing an in-house legal team
    Experience of working in a similar role for a community healthcare provider
    The ability to deliver training and presentations to audience from non-legal backgrounds
