    We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic individual to join our Early Learning Team as Senior Sufficiency officer.This role will be integral in managing the increase demand in early years funding claims due to the childcare reforms announced in March 2023.

    The post holder will have an excellent understanding of number and IT skills, have outstanding Excel knowledge, and have broad experience of working with business systems ideally in an education setting. Experience of using Synergy Education Management System would be ideal.People skills are an essential element to the role and experience of communicating with a variety of stakeholders, including providers, parent/carers, internal leaders and DfE.

    The role will supervise and oversee the day-to-day running of service with support from the Early Years Strategic lead. It will support the smooth monitoring of the early years designated grant expenditure in partnership with the finance team.

    Most importantly the post holder will be passionate about children's outcomes and supporting accessible high quality early years provision.
