- Southdown is a specialist housing provider and landlord for around 580 tenants and shared owners across Sussex. The Financial Inclusion team works across different services, supporting tenants and clients with their welfare benefits, financial capability and budgeting.
- Experience of the welfare benefit system is desirable, and you must have excellent communication skills which will enable you to explain complex information, and support tenants in a way that promotes equity and empowerment. Money and benefits are currently key concerns for tenants. Recognising the individual's strengths and choices, your support could make a significant difference to their overall recovery journey.
