    Our Marketing team are looking for an experienced Brand and Design Senior Manager to join the team.

    We're building a professionalMarketing Function for the long term where none has existed before:

    our business is committed to building abest-in class function and is looking for some brilliant marketingprofessionals to lead the way and drive our change.

    Baringa is asuccessful business with a brand challenge. Our prompted brand awareness among our target audience in our targetregions is not where we want it to be.

    To move this dial we've worked hard to define what the Baringa brandstands for, to build a brand book of style and writing and design guidance, andto launch our first ever brand campaign around the Economics of Kindness.

    Meanwhile wehave no design capability in house and work with a range of external designersto professionalise the look of our marketing and business materials.

    Such is the volume of content that thisapproach requires oversight, coordination, and review.


    BRAND:
    orchestrating, coordinating and aligning of our business around our brand so that we can make a step change in Baringa's awareness and recommendation Consistently communicating out and protecting our brand positioning so as to mitigate risk to our brand
    Drive regular research into client brand awareness and perception
    Guide and evolve Baringa's brand positioning, messaging and visual identity and keep refreshed
    Create and gain buy-in for, control, roll-out, and measure Baringa's programme of proactive brand activities


    DESIGN:

    Ensure our brand messaging and look and feel filters through all of our marketing work
    Oversee and coordinate our third party designers so that we deploy them effectively and in a brand compliant way to meet business and marketing team needs efficiently

    DESIGN:

    Realise the value of Baringa's design work for the business

    A recognised marketing, design, or visual studies qualification preferred
    Proven track record in shaping marketing strategy and the appropriate selection of tactics to drive a business forward and increase customer engagement and sales
    Strategic marketing experience in a B2B environment , with a number of years working in Professional Services
    Expert relationship building and network creation – internally and with external parties
