You will be responsible for a variety of hands-on duties, such as the general refurbishment and cleaning of modular buildings, interior and exterior painting, fitting locks, and minor plumbing and electrical work once trained.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of property maintenance work to gain further hands-on skills and have the opportunity to progress, whilst working as a valued member of a close-knit team in a large and stable business that will encourage your ongoing development.
