We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Group as a Carpenter/Joiner, working within our Horbury Property Services team, on sites across the region.

The main duties and responsibilities within this role will be:

• Carrying out maintenance works to fire doors and fire compartmentation (e.g. fire rated cupboards) as directed.


• Installing the fire door sets.


• Recording all completed or surveyed work on mobile/tablet applications.


• Working cohesively with other site trades and internal group companies.


• Ensuring all installations maintain an efficient use of materials and maintaining van stock.


• Attending site and company meetings, inductions, toolbox talks and training.


• Adhering to all Heath, Safety and Environmental processes and procedures.


• Maintaining a friendly and customer focused approach.

Skills and experience required:

• CSCS card (blue or above).


• FIRAS accredited (desirable).


• General Joinery, fire door installation and maintenance skills.


• Experience in social housing, repairs and maintenance works within a live environment.


• Drivers Licence.
