Description
The role will manage the SIOP process (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) to ensure alignment among all partners including but not limited to R&D, product management, commercial, demand planning and financeKey Responsibilities:
Develop a rolling 18-month demand plan by facilitating the process with the commercial and supply teamManage the capacity constraints that prevent from achieving demand planTo manage the product supply processes to ensure all orders (customer and supplier) are accurately and efficiently planned, communicated (including ATP) and delivered; ensuring minimal impact on availability and cost to serveConvert MRP output to live purchase orders, consolidating items where possible to maximise price break opportunitiesSupport working capital/inventory strategies toward inventory optimisation through effective SIOP execution in alignment with demand and supply planning executionQualifications/ExperiencePrevious experience of Demand analyst or managing a S&OP or SIOP processIntermediate user of Microsoft ExcelStrong knowledge of planning systems Competencies/Personal Skills/BehavioursAbility to influence and engage with key stakeholders across the business Effective time management and prioritization skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to make quick decisions based on good judgement and analysis of a situation Proficient in interpreting and manipulating complex dataExcellent communication & relationship building skills Able to influence internal and external stakeholders Strong IT Skills - MS OfficeMeticulous attention to detailAbility to remain calm under pressure and act decisively Confident to take personal Initiative and work unsupervised
