We are on the look-out for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Health and Group Risk Benefits team in Bristol, or Manchester office as a Health and Benefits Administrator.

This part of our successful business is responsible for advising corporate clients on all aspects of the insured benefits relating to Group Income Protection, Group Life Assurance and Critical Illness, and is a fantastic opportunity to continue your career with a world leading professional services company.


Please note that if successful, you will be working from our Bristol or Manchester office and can work on a hybrid pattern spending 2 days working from home and 3 in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Support the consulting team in gathering, organising, entering and analysing data to be used for various client projects
  • Collect data from the client and current vendors needed for analysing the impact of a client's consolidation and/or marketing of its group risk plans
  • Organising plan design details and costs for further analysis by the team
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations
  • Develop charts in Excel to summarize data for use in PowerPoint
  • Utilise understanding of vendor/carrier markets, basic underwriting and financial skills, products, services and technical tools, and intranet resources

What you need to have:


  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work with numbers
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to work on own and as a team player, establishing good rapport with clients and colleagues

What makes you stand out?

  • Experience in either Group Risk (Group Income Protection, Group Life Assurance and Critical Illness) or a background in Healthcare
  • Insurance related experience
  • Industry recognised qualifications
