We are seeking an Office Receptionist to join our Client's well-established Commercial Main Dealership in the Avonmouth area.

Our Client is offering the successful Office Receptionist:

A Competitive Salary Of Up To £25,500
Monday to Friday, 8.30am 5pm ONLY
Closeknit Working Environment.

Duties of an Office Receptionist with our Client:

Providing administration for regional vehicles e.g., driving licence checks and van declarations.
Answering overflow phone calls from all depots in the Southwest Region when Service Advisors are unavailable.
Incoming and outgoing post coordination, inclusive of franking letters, coordinating parcels and distributing incoming post around the depot
Co ordination and management of meeting rooms, inclusive of management of meeting room calendar and ensuring rooms are set up and maintained appropriately for meetings.
Co ordination and management of stationary, including ordering and stock keeping.
Scanning and filing to assist departments where necessary
Learning and developing alongside the skilled Service Administrators.
