Patient and Donor Coordinator, an excellent and rewarding opportunity to join a growing Medical/Health Charity, based in West London. Offering Hybrid working; 3 days per week in the West London Office, 2 days a week working from home.

Do you have exceptional customer service skills to provide outstanding and supportive contact to individual patients/donors?
Have you worked in a medical setting, or are interested in this area and are looking for a new and rewarding role?

As the Patient and Donor Coordinator, you will join a dedicated Donor/Patient Management Team who provide support to individual Donor/Patients going through a donation procedure.

The team support and liaise with donors/patients from the initial registration process, donor matching, and all appointments required throughout the process.

Manage the donor journey by guiding and advising donors through all stages of the donation process.
Register and evaluate donors for suitability and eligibility using guidelines and national regulations.

Our client is looking for transferable skills. Training will be provided on the processes that you provide and support patients and donors with. To be considered for this role we are looking for to have had previous experience, or transferable skills in areas such as;

Outstanding customer service skills, ideally within a medical setting or with some knowledge awareness of medical terminally and patient care.
Excellent organisations skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent attention to detail with proven ability to record accurate and sensitive information within a CRM/database.
